About
I get what it’s like to have a busy, full life, but have health struggles step in that scream for your attention. You went to the doctor, or consider going to the doctor, many times but you are never given an answer to what’s wrong. So you silently suffer and hope it magically goes away. When the symptoms get bad, you talk to your friends or good old google and you try this new fancy supplement, stress reducing technique or diet plan. They may work for a bit. Some not at all. And you are back to square one again. It is expensive. It wastes your time and your money shooting darts at things that don’t address the root of what’s going on for you.
It’s sooo frustrating and I have been there. And I am not there now because of what I studied, applied and now offer to you..
A little about me..
I graduated university with a dual degree in Social Work and Womens’ ´Studies. I was always a good student and performed well in work and school. I got the good jobs at the prestigious nonprofits, easily got pay raises and had good performance reviews. I was good at doing and achieving. But something felt missing.
It was only in my weekly yoga classes that I felt that quiet calm that existed beyond doing and achieving. The teacher seemed to possess an understanding of right living and mindset that me and my peers lacked. So I dropped out of a full-ride scholarship in Public Interest Law and enrolled in a yoga teacher training.
Like many people, I wasn’t sure I would teach, but I knew I needed to live life on my own terms. Practicing and later teaching yoga helped me to feel at home in my body – a body that I had struggled being in. Having suffered from eating disorders in my young adult life, which led to many hormonal and digestion struggles later on in life, I needed a reboot from the inside out.
Along with a daily yoga and meditation practice, I started to cook and eat more mindfully, shopped at farmers markets and read a lot of eastern philosophy, Ayurvedic theory, and modern nutrition work. I became an Ayurvedic Health Coach which helped to ground ancient nourishing daily habits that were very easy to implement. I taught groups, offered workshops in Munich and across Europe and did 1:1 health coaching.
But Ayurveda only addresses symptoms and not root causes that are so rampant in modern life: high stress and burnout, insomnia, hormone disorders like endometriosis or PCOS, thyroid disease and infertility, or food intolerances and chronic unexplained gut symptoms. So I studied Functional Medicine Nutrition – which combines a food-first integrated approach which gets to the root of the root of health symptoms with cutting edge lab testing and interpretation and strategic supplementation. I blend this cool science stuff with nervous system and mindset work that I have been teaching and coaching on for 2 decades. I work with the whole person, not just their physical symptoms.
I know what I do works because I first tested it on myself and then with clients. My endometriosis supposedly could only be rectified by (repeated) surgery went away. I wasn’t reactive to all of these random and constantly changing foods. My sleep, which was always my sorest spot for my entire life, improved dramatically. The energy I thought departed in my 20s came roaring back. I feel far better in my late 40s than I did in my late 20s. I feel great from the inside out.
Health is never linear so struggles can come up, for me too! But time and time again — nutrition has saved me and given me the tools to keep thriving no matter what arises. And I want to show you how to do the same thing for yourself!
I’ve been in your shoes, and I know what it takes to overcome the obstacles you’re facing. You can and should feel at home in your body again, knowing that your body is working for you, not against you. I won’t accept feeling just okay and neither should you! Let’s do this.

Do you notice in the summer that you can feel more wiped out after a sweaty yoga class or run outside than in the winter months? You may be good about drinking water so you don’t consider that your fatigue can be from dehdration but it can be!
