My approach:

  • I work with a lot of clients who have tried conventional medicine and haven’t found the solutions they seek - particularly clients with mystery gut issues, hormonal imbalance symptoms, perimenopause/menopause or infertility or those suffering from burnout or stress-related health conditions. You may have a range of strange symptoms which come and go, and seem related to one another in ways you can’t figure out on your own.

  • I see the body and systems of the body as INTERCONNECTED rather than as separate parts. We start with a deep dive into your entire health history - including physical, emotional and family history and current diet and lifestyle habits affecting symptoms.

  • I analyze and interpret past lab testing and recommend further testing when needed. I often order and interpret FUNCTIONAL LABS (most often DUTCH hormone testing and GI MAP stool testing) to use your own data to help provide answers and guide our protocol.

  • Together, we develop a protocol which addresses your WHOLE BODY and includes diet changes, strategic supplementation, exercise and lifestyle shifts which support healing, and mindset work to make changes stick.

  • Once you start a protocol, we are in regular contact by email, text or in a scheduled meeting to keep you on track and make any adjustments to our plan to get you the results you seek. You will have video and written summaries of all points after each meeting.

  • I work with most clients for 3-6 months. While health shifts vary, I see the best results over a 6 month time period with bi-weekly checkins.

  • I charge 100e per hour

  • Tends to work far better on hard to treat modern ailments like gut imbalances (SIBO, Leaky Gut, IBS and bacterial overgrowths), and food sensitivities using stool testing, improving the North to South digestive process that impede proper digestion but are rarely addressed and current best practices research and lab testing. It also shines in working with hormone imbalance symptoms such as endometriosis, PCOS, thyroid issues, long COVID, autoimmunity and burnout.
