Join me for my annual Ski and Yoga retreat to welcome in 2025 January 17-20. Not just for skiiers but winter enthusiasts alike. Enjoy a nice long weekend in nature in the quiet and beauty of nature at the lovely 4 star Saalerwirt Hotel in St. Lorenzo, Südtirol. We will have twice daily yoga classes in the morning and evening, leaving the days free to ski/snowboard, hike, sled or snowshoe or simply hang out in the sauna and spa! The hotel is located on the mountain tops with stunning mountain cap and tree views to enjoy from your balcony or the breakfast table. Students LOVE this hotel, it’ spa with steam room, saunas, relaxation rooms and massage/treatment room and the lovely Tyrolean food. It is located a short drive or free shuttle to Kronzplatz, the best ski mountain in the Dolomites.
