Join me in a 75 minute Jivamukti Master Class to explore chanting, meditation, a strong vinyasa class, lots of hands-on assists and great music, as always. After the Master Class, we will have a short break and have a 1 hour Asana Lab for those that want to look deeper into the alignment of forward bending - Adho Mukha Svanasana, Uttanasana. Paschimotanasana, Parsvotanasana, Janu Sirsasana, Upavistha Konasana. We will go over alignment, common misalignment and how to avoid injuries, and hands on assists for these groups pf postures.

This is a great workshop for those interested in exploring asana more deeply than a typical class and those who have an interest in teacher training.
