Spring Align to Thrive Habit change course


April 10 to May 22, 2022 and

October 16 to November 20, 2022

Align to Thrive is a 6 week healthy habits program that introduces you to the daily routines and self-care habits from Ayurveda in a supportive group setting. In our time together, we will focus on one daily habit per week: Ayurvedic nutrition, healthy eating guidelines, morning and evening routine, exercise and movement and meditation. The coaching aspect of the course will cover current behavioral science on habit change. In addition, you will learn Ayurvedic theory to supplement your weekly habit learnings - covering 5 element theory, 3 dosha theory, 20 gunas (pairs of opposites), 5 sheaths, Ayurvedic clock and how Ayurveda views time.

Our daily habits reflect how we feel about ourselves and our bodies. While in my program, you could experience sounder sleep, shed extra kilos, clear up your skin, experience better digestion and regular elimination and have greater energy and fitness. The benefits build as you practice them longer and longer over time.

Align to Thrive will teach you how to effectively implement changes into your daily routine. With each new habit, we focus on making small, incremental changes, particularly on newer or harder to implement habits. Changing our habits is rarely a knowledge issue. It is an implementation issue. Learn how with me and a cool group of new friends. People say one of the best things about the course is meeting new like-minded people who become friends on their journey to health and happiness. That is what we all want, isn’t it? :)

When: Sunday nights 5:30 to 7pm

Where: In person at my house in Glockenbachviertel in Munich + on Zoom, alternating weeks. Fully online is possible.

Cost: 450e or bring a friend and pay 750e for 2.
