Join me for my annual Ski and Yoga retreat to welcome in 2026 on January 15-18. Not just for skiiers but winter enthusiasts alike. Enjoy a nice long weekend in nature in the quiet and beauty of nature at the lovely 4 star Saalerwirt Hotel in St. Lorenzo, Südtirol. We will have twice daily yoga classes in the morning and evening, leaving the days free to ski/snowboard, hike, sled or snowshoe or simply hang out in the sauna and spa!

The hotel is located on the mountain tops with stunning mountain cap and tree views to enjoy from your balcony or the breakfast table. Students LOVE this hotel, it’ spa with steam room, saunas, relaxation rooms and massage/treatment room and the lovely Tyrolean food. It is located a short drive or free shuttle to Kronzplatz, the best ski mountain in the Dolomites.

Hotel price: 570e single/435e shared for room and large brunch and 3 course gourmet dinner, free train transfer, use of spa, sauna and steam rooms. Yoga/admin fee: 255e + VAT

*Participants will pay a 150€ non-refundable deposit to the hotel to secure their room and participation. The yoga fee is paid separately no less than 3 months before the retreat begins, Refunds of this fee are only possible if the space can be filled from the waiting list or if the participant finds a replacement.
