Foundations: Breath mechanics, nervous-system awareness, functional alignment.

Sequencing: Build accessible, well-paced classes for mixed levels.

Cueing: Clear, inclusive language; demo skills; options & props.

Anatomy: Joints/muscles in motion, common injuries, red flags.

Ethics & scope: Boundaries, consent, cultural sensitivity.

Teaching skills: Voice, space holding, incorporating musc, feedback loops.

Adaptations: Prenatal-aware choices; beginners & diverse bodies.

Business basics: Class planning, rates, community building.

The FTLO Teacher Training begins on February 15 with an Initiation and Orientation Ceremony, following an Anatomy Immersion led by Physiotherapist and Yoga Teacher Eva Goldschmidt and I will co-lead with Raha Bamdadi .
