When was the last time you woke up with a spring in your step, ready to start your day rather than needing a coffee, or 3, to get going? Or the last time you had a normal period without crazy PMS, hormonal acne or period pain coming from PCOS or fibroids? Or when you last ate a meal and felt comfortably sated rather than fearful you may have gas, bloating or another food sensitivity symptom?

I am a Nutritionist in Functional Medicine and I see a lot of these issues. I had them myself. I help women around the globe transform their menstrual and digestive health through a combination of root cause diagnostic testing and nutrition & lifestyle science and coaching so they can finally have straightforward answers to their most mystifying symptoms. My mission is to educate you and teach you how to read how your body communicates imbalance so you can self-source your health.

My approach:

  • Sees the body and systems of the body as INTERCONNECTED rather than as separate parts

  • Deals with the ROOT CAUSE of health problems and not just managing symptoms - it looks at what is upstream that manifests as symptoms downstream

  • Uses FUNCTIONAL LABS when needed to treat based on data, rather than relying only on symptoms

  • Helps PREVENT disease rather than waiting for it to turn up - so it looks at a far wider range of labs than allopathic medicine offers and looks to keep us in healthy, optimal ranges rather than just non-diseased ranges

  • Views health as OPTIMAL WELLNESS rather than the absence of sickness and disease

Align to Thrive is a healthy habits program that introduces you to the daily routines and self-care habits from Functional Nutrition and Ayurveda in a supportive group setting.

Our daily habits reflect how we feel about ourselves and our bodies. While in my program, you could experience sounder sleep, shed extra kilos, clear up your skin, experience better digestion and regular elimination and have greater energy and fitness. The benefits build as you practice them longer and longer over time.

Align to Thrive will teach you how to effectively implement changes into your daily routine. With each new habit, we focus on making small, incremental changes, particularly on newer or harder to implement habits. Changing our habits is rarely a knowledge issue. It is an implementation issue. Learn how with me and a cool group of new friends.

When: Monday nights 5:30-6:45pm

Where: In person at my house + on Zoom, alternating weeks. Fully online is possible.

Cost: 450e or bring a friend and pay 750e for 2.

 

One on One Private Health Coaching

Choose from a monthlong deep dive, 3 month immersion or 6 month Slow and Steady individual coaching program. I am both an Ayurvedic Health Coach as well as a Nutritional Therapist Practitioner. So I have a modern take on ancient wisdom
